SAP Configuration at company Code Level, San Francisco State University - 2020
I had the opportunity to work on one of the world’s leading, and most in-demand ERP systems - SAP, where i configured an organization’s FI/CO starting at company code level. From laying out process parameters, I was able to create master data and test the business processes set in place. Below are a few instances that were achieved through this process:
Successfully set up administrative and logistics business processes for financial accounting.
Defined the structure of the enterprise by designing a standard hierarchy which included allocating groups based on decision-making and area of responsibility.
Organized chart of accounts for the organization, and created primary and secondary cost elements.
How Can Tesla Profitably Enter The India Market? - 2020
Tesla for many years has been looking for ways to enter the market in India. India, which is going through a sort of electric vehicle revolution, is looking for ways to make EVs more feasible in their densely populated areas. After conducting extensive primary and secondary market research, we analyzed Tesla’s strongest and weakest points, and came up with strategies on how Tesla could enter India using its diverse product line.
We created a 3 - 5 year plan for Tesla to slowly penetrate the market by regions where their products could be most preferable. This plan included a comprehensive SWOT analysis, and Red Ocean/Blue Ocean strategy to better examine internal and external factors.

Ethics & Sustainability Consultation - Fellow Products, SAN FRANCISCO STATE UNIVERSITY - 2019
Fellow Products provides coffee products such as Mugs, Kettles, canisters, and, Kegs. My team and I had the opportunity to consult the company and their fast-growing team on their ethical practices. We built and implemented tools to help them stay sustainable for a competitive advantage. We developed:
Questionnaires for ethical behavior for their suppliers
List of coffee vendors around the Bay Area who help the community through their sales
Ethical HR practices such as compensations and livable wages.
Ways to enhance Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) such as working with Delancey Street, Donations, and employee contributions among others.

Parachute Air, San Francisco State University - 2019
Employee travel is one of the highest costs that companies face. Out of all the travel compensations companies there are, hardly any aim to serve business travelers. Businesses lose thousands of dollars each year in delayed operations caused by delayed flights. Despite that, there are hardly any services that help businesses get compensated for their time lost. My team and I built a website on Drupal using Amazon Web Services (AWS), and a business plan for Parachute Air - a business-to-business service that helps companies get compensations.
This project was pitched to, and picked up by TripActions, a travel management company for businesses and business travelers. Parachute Air business plan available if needed.
REVIVE, san francisco state university - 2019
Built an iOS mobile application using Xcode to help users deal with stress and anxiety through reading, video, and music therapy, peer-to-peer connection, and near-by available counseling services.
Revive was made to tackle the growing issue of mental health such as depression and anxiety, globally. The team realized that it could start by helping college students who deal with continuous stress of deadlines, assignments, exams, and home-sickness. Despite the always available counseling services that schools offer, there is a long process of signing up and scheduling appointments that could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Revive was made to be available to users at any time of the day.
Pocketwatch media, social media freelancing - 2018
After graduating, because of my interest and experience in digital marketing, I started Pocketwatch Media, a small way to help local businesses create an online presence and awareness through social media marketing.
I realized there were a bunch of businesses that leave so much money on the table because they don’t market themselves accordingly. My goal was to help these businesses gain more customers and sell more products through building communities and creating awareness about their products and services by using different content strategies.
It failed miserably!
The fort worth blog, explore media - 2017
Built thefortworthblog.com as a platform to provide people of fort worth with local news, reviews, business information, and upcoming events about the Fort Worth area.
The team at Explore Media realized that there was a big gap when it came to news and information. Small businesses and local events of small to medium size were never talked about given their small budgets. Explore Media focused on these small businesses and events to provide to the readers information about their local communities.
